Multi-Sport Complex A MANDI Finalist

A selection committee for the Milwaukee Awards for Neighborhood Development Innovation (MANDI) received a special welcome from Bango, the Milwaukee Bucks mascot, as they visited Browning Elementary and Silver Spring Neighborhood Center on January 23rd. They were there to learn more about the Milwaukee Bucks & Johnson Controls Multi-Sport Complex, a finalist for the Brewers Community Foundation Public Space Award. In addition to hearing from project partners and staff about how this new asset is benefiting the neighborhood, the jurors were taught the Browning Cheer by the elementary school's Junior Coaches.
